Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Returns are not applicable for opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons, especially food products.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food items, supplements, or any products related to health and hygiene.
• Perishable items such as fresh produce.

How to Initiate a Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@mmruchulu.com with your order details and reason for return.
• We will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned product.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at psdgandepalli@gmail.com with proof of the defect or damage.
